This invention relates to offset printing units for printing with 1; Four forms with four printing mechanisms whose transfer cylinders are located in eccentric sleeves to enable and disable printing. Offset printing units for printing from rubber molds with four printing mechanisms for vertical movements of paper webs are known. Such printing units are also known for horizontal movements of paper webs, however, in combination with one or two satellite cylinders (German Print Magazine No. 19-20, 19.77, pages 200-206). For the print section with a satellite cylinder, there is an appropriate option for the vertical movement of the paper webs. The said printing units have a general disadvantage in that they are applicable only to special movement of the paper web. It is impossible to rearrange the printing units in a printing company from horizontal to vertical movement of the paper web or vice versa. Further, even with agreed measures, for example, by using other liner sleeves for transfer and plate cylinders, it is not possible to mount printing mechanisms for other movement of the paper web into the side walls of the printing units. The manufacturer of printing machines must produce special side walls for each movement of the bulk fabric, which leads to increased production costs. The aim of the invention is the rational creation of the production of printed sections, as well as the wider possibility of their use. The purpose of the invention is to ensure that with offset printing units for printing from rubber forms with four printing mechanisms, transfer cylinders of which are located in eccentric sleeves, the same side walls are guaranteed for vertical and horizontal movement of paper canvases. From the point of view of the invention, the problem is solved in such a way that, next to each other, lying transmission cylinders are arranged in pairs against each other by means of eccentric bushings, and wall openings always have the same gee position to each other, or spaced p house or one above the other transfer cylinders in the printing unit are selectively installed by means of eccentric bushings in pairs against each other. As a result, the manufacturer of printing machines can selectively install a printing mechanism in the same side wall for horizontal movement of paper canvases, with the result that the walls can be made with less diversity and with an economical number of pieces. In the case of selective installation of transfer cylinders in the printing section, in addition to the predominant unification of the walls, it is added that the printing section can be moved from the horizontal to the vertical movement of the paper web and vice versa at the printing company. The side walls of all the above printed sections can be unified if, according to the invention, the wall openings of all of the above variants have the same position to each other. Printed sections can be rationally manufactured if their side walls between the upper and lower double printed. the mechanism is separate. The invention should be further explained in more detail with several examples of &apos; implementation. FIG. 1 shows a printing unit for vertical movement of paper webs; Fig. 2 shows the printing section for horizontal movement of paper seals in Fig. 3 — printed section for selectively horizontal and vertical two-fold paper webs. Shown in FIG. 1, the printing section contains four transfer cylinders 1-4, which work in conjunction with one of the plate cylinders 5-8. The pins of the transducer cylinders 9-12 are located in one of the eccentric bushings 13-16 with eccentricity 17. The plates of the forme cylinders 18-21 are located in one of the eccentric bushings 22-25 with eccentricity 26. Through the eccentric bushings 13-16 respectively located next to each other with each other, the transfer cylinders 1, 2, and 3.4 are mounted against each other, with the result that printing from rubber forms is possible. Adjustment of plate cylinders 5–8 to transfer cylinders 1–4 is performed by an eccentric sleeve 22–25. To disable printing, the eccentric sleeves 13-16 are switched from position 27 to position 28, with the result that the transfer cylinders 1-4 occupy the position indicated by a dotted line. The printed section depicted in FIG. 2, contains four transfer cylinders 29-32, which work in conjunction with one of the forme cylinders 33-36. transmission: cylinders 37-4O are located in one of the eccentric sleeves 41-44 with eccentricity 45. Pins of the forme cylinders 46-49 are located in one of the eccentric sleeves 50-53 with eccentricity 54. Wall openings 41,42, 43,44, 50,51,52,53 have the same p; e position relative to each other, as the corresponding apertures of the printing section according to FIG. 1. By means of the eccentric sleeves 41-44, the transfer cylinders 29, 31 and 30, 32 located one above the other, are mounted against each other, as a result of which printing with rubber forni with the horizontal movement of the boom of the canvases becomes possible. The adjustment of the forme cylinders 33-36 to the transfer cylinders 29-32 is performed by means of eccentric bushings 5O-53. To disable printing, the eccentric sleeves 41-44 are switched from position 55 to position 56, with the result that transfer cylinders 29-32 occupy the position indicated by a dotted line. Due to the unchanged polo {en.iyu of wall holes for cylinders, the printing units can be mounted with the same side walls according to FIG. 1 or 2. In the printing unit shown in FIG. 3, the transfer cylinders 57-6O work together with one of the forme cylinders 61-64. The pins of the transfer cylinders 65-68 are located in one of the eccentric bushings 69-72 with eccentric length 73. The pins of the forme cylinders 74-77 are located in one of the eccentric bushings 78-81 with ex, centricity 82. Primary,. the sidewalls are indicated by a dash-and-drop line. Between the positions 83 and 84 of the eccentric sleeves 69-72, there are unexposed eccentric positions for switching off the position and, instead, it is also possible to have a joint position. for horizontal and ground movement of paper webs. In the exemplary embodiment, the wall openings of the printing unit are shown in FIG. 3 for positioning the cylinders. The same position as the corresponding
